Sunt og Godt is a cozy café tucked into the bustling Thorvald Meyers gate, a popular street for locals in Oslo’s Grünerløkka neighborhood. The spot leans heavily into fresh, healthy options like smoothie bowls, freshly pressed juices, and detox blends, making it a go-to for people looking to fuel up with something nutritious while on the move or craving a light, wholesome bite.

The atmosphere here is casual and straightforward. Seating is minimal and not designed for long hangs—this is more of a grab-and-go kind of place, though a few small spots are available for a quick pause. If you’re passing by in the morning or early afternoon, you’ll likely find a steady flow of health-conscious locals stopping in for a refreshing raspberry boost smoothie or an acai bowl topped with crunchy nuts and fresh fruit. It’s common to see folks on their way to work or taking a break during a weekend stroll through the neighborhood.

Staff engagement stands out as warm and welcoming, contributing to a relaxed vibe even during busy periods. Ordering is quick and efficient, which suits visitors who want quality without delay. The menu balances classic favorites like the “Mango Bowl” with more inventive detox smoothies that mix healthy ingredients such as turmeric, ginger, and chia seeds—perfect for those mindful of what they put into their bodies.

While the café offers excellent coffee options alongside its health-focused menu, it’s the smoothie bowls and fresh juices that really define the experience here. The portions are generous enough to serve as a light meal, especially if you’re pairing a bowl with a shot of freshly pressed juice or a vibrant smoothie. For many, the combination of fast service, friendly staff, and a genuinely fresh menu makes Sunt og Godt a reliable spot for a quick, nourishing breakfast or lunch.

Those who prioritize comfort and lingering over a coffee might find the seating a bit limited, but for anyone drawn to wholesome eats and efficient service in a local, unpretentious setting, Sunt og Godt fits the bill. Visiting on a weekday morning or an early weekend afternoon offers the best chance to enjoy the full range of options without feeling rushed.

First time here and it won't be the last! Amazing matcha and acai, and the owner is so lovely. Extremely welcoming, and the cutest date spot. Thank you for the experience <3

Friendly service: 5/5 ⏳Fast service: 5/5 Tasty food: 5/5 Value for money: 4/5 The place is rather a take-out than eat in as the number of places is very limited and the seats are not too comfortable. Still, the food is both tasty and healthy, just like the name if the place promises. A wide selection of smoothies, freshly squeezed juice and açai bowls.

Fresh, yummy, generous portions! We loved our yogurt and granola bowls with all the toppings, super filling and flavorful. Our coffees were exceptional too. Simply the perfect way to start the day!

Lovely seemingly more local place. If you love healthy food and smoothies then I recommend, the protein bowl was amazing, so smooth and creamy

The sandwiches, juices, smoothies and acai bowls are always excellent quality and taste. I have had lunch here several times and haven't been disappointed once. Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere with lots of plants. One of my favorite lunch places in Oslo - - and so close to the bus station!

Cozy and adorable cafe with different food & coffee options. I just took a cappuccino and kokosboller (yes, I gave it another chance). Cappuccino tasted a bit stronger than the ones I tried in Oslo. Kokosboller was better than I tried it the last time but still, not the right sweet treat for me. But I'd definitely want to visit here again for its absolute delicious looking cheesecakes (vegan & sugarfree I assume) ^_^ 26.12.2020: This time cappuccino was definitely better with a silky foam on top:) 01.02.2021: I tried their hot chocolate, the healthy one, it was delicious not too sweet at all and dark; loved it!

I love my smoothie/acai bowls at home in the U.S so had to come try one while in Oslo… it’s incredible! Got the protein smoothie bowl with peanut butter added, perfect taste and texture. The only bad part is that now I’d have to fly across the Atlantic Ocean to get it again. Stop by here if you can!
